CrossBorderstax only provides digital tax-filing services.

Therefore, no refunds are offered in the following cases:

• After the client submits the Intake Form

• After AI processing begins

• After CPA review begins

• After tax return is delivered

Refunds MAY be issued if:

• You purchased a plan by mistake and have not opened or started the intake form

• Duplicate payments occur
