CrossBorderstax only provides digital tax-filing services.

 

Due to the professional time and resources required to review tax filings, refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
 

• After the client submits the Intake Form

• After AI processing begins

• After CPA review begins

• After tax return is delivered

However, if we determine your case is out of scope for the plan you purchased, we will provide a full refund or offer an upgrade option.
