Digital Product Policy

1. No Physical Products

All services on this website are digital and delivered online.

 

2. Refunds and Cancellation

Opening the intake form, uploading documents, or submitting information does not by itself make the full fee non-refundable.

A cancellation request received before substantive work begins is eligible for a full refund. Once CrossBorderstax begins reviewing or processing records, preparing deliverables, or conducting professional review, fees for work performed and documented, non-recoverable third-party costs may be retained. Any remaining unperformed portion is assessed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

 

3. Delivery of Digital Services

Deliverables depend on the purchased service and confirmed scope:

  • Automated intake form

  • Tax-filing service: a CPA-reviewed tax return package

  • Tax-filing service: filing confirmation where applicable

  • ​TRFS-only service: tax-ready financial statements. Tax-return preparation and filing are excluded unless separately purchased.

 

4. Client Responsibility

You must review final documents before filing.
Any IRS penalties caused by incorrect or missing client data are not the responsibility of CrossBorderstax.
