2. No Refunds After Intake Form Submission

Once you:

• upload documents, or

• submit any tax data,

the service is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.

 

3. Delivery of Digital Services

You will receive:

• Automated intake form

• Accountant-reviewed final tax return

• Filing confirmation (IRS & state)

 

4. Client Responsibility

You must review final documents before filing.
Any IRS penalties caused by incorrect or missing client data are not the responsibility of CrossBorderstax.
