CrossBorderstax (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) provides AI-assisted U.S. corporate tax filing and bookkeeping support services. By purchasing any plan or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Nature of Service

All plans sold on crossborderstax.com are digital professional services.
No physical products are shipped.

2. Service Workflow

After payment:

  1. You will be directed to complete the Client Intake Form.

  2. Our system processes your data using AI-assisted tools.

  3. A CPA will review and finalize your tax filing.

  4. Final deliverables (PDF returns, schedules, and instructions) will be delivered digitally.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Upload required documents in a timely manner

  • Review your final return before submission

We are not responsible for late filings caused by missing or delayed client documents.

 

4. AI-Assisted Filing

CrossBorderstax uses AI technology to improve speed and accuracy.
Final tax filings are always reviewed by a CPA before submission.

 

5. Payment & Fees

All payments must be completed before the intake form is unlocked.
Prices may change without notice.

 

6. Refund Policy

Because our services are digital and begin immediately after payment, all fees are non-refundable once the intake form is submitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Penalties due to client’s inaccurate information

  • IRS delays

  • Banking or third-party software issues

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • United States federal tax law

  • The laws of the State of Wyoming
